Child Safety Policy

OrdhekDeen.com is a matrimonial service for adults. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), and towards any attempt to use this platform to reach, groom, or endanger a minor.

A) Adults only

• OrdhekDeen.com is intended solely for adults who are legally eligible to marry under the laws of Bangladesh — a minimum of 18 years for women and 21 years for men.
• Creating a biodata for, or on behalf of, anyone below the legal age of marriage is prohibited.
• We do not knowingly allow minors to register, create a biodata, or use any part of the service.

B) What is prohibited

The following are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate removal:

• Any content that sexualises a child, including images, text, or links.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind.
• Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to make sexual contact with a minor.
• Submitting a biodata that describes a person below the legal age of marriage.
• Impersonating a minor, or using a minor's photograph or identity in a biodata.
• Sharing or requesting the personal contact details of a minor.

C) How we enforce this

• Every biodata is reviewed by our moderation team before it is published. A biodata that states or suggests an age below the legal minimum is rejected.
• Reported profiles and messages are reviewed by our support team.
• Accounts found to be in breach are suspended or permanently banned, and the associated biodata is removed from the site.
• We preserve relevant records and cooperate with law enforcement in Bangladesh where the law requires it.
• Confirmed child sexual abuse material is removed and reported to the appropriate authorities.

D) How to report a concern

If you believe a biodata, message, or account on OrdhekDeen.com involves a minor or contains child sexual abuse material, report it to us immediately:

• Use the Report option on the biodata, or open a support ticket from your account.
• Email us at [email protected] with the biodata number and a description of the concern.

We treat these reports as our highest priority and act on them ahead of all other support requests. You do not need an account to email us a report.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact the local authorities first. In Bangladesh you can call the national emergency service on 999, or the child helpline on 1098.

E) Your responsibility

By using OrdhekDeen.com you confirm that you are of legal age to marry, that the biodata you submit describes a real adult, and that any photograph you upload is of that adult. Providing false age information is a breach of our Terms and Conditions and may be reported to the authorities.

F) Changes to this policy

We may update these standards as our service and the applicable law change. The current version is always the one published on this page.
