General Guidelines
1. First, visit OrdhekDeen.com and click on the user icon located at the top right corner of the homepage.
2. Click on the Create an Account button.
3. You’ll be shown options to choose how you want to register. To create an account easily, click on the Create account with Google button and grant permission to connect your Google account with OrdhekDeen.
4. Next, enter your name, select your gender, and click the Next button.
5. Enter your mobile number and click the Send Code to Mobile button. If your mobile number is correct, you’ll receive a verification code. Enter the code in the designated field and click Create Account to complete the signup process.
6. In the future, if you log out and want to log back in, simply click on the Login with Google button to easily access your OrdhekDeen account, in sha Allah.
1. First, log in at OrdhekDeen.com. Create an account if you don’t have an account on OrdhekDeen.
2. Then click the Create Biodata button from the home page or dashboard.
3. Before creating the biodata, read the terms and conditions of OrdhekDeen.com and if you agree, check all the Checkbox and click the Create Biodata button.
4. Biodata form will be displayed. After filling in all the information submit the biodata by clicking on the Submit button.
5. Within a few days, the OrdhekDeen.com Customer Care will call your parents and you for verification.
6. After reviewing your biodata, Customer Care will let you know the status by email and notification — approved, not approved, or corrections required — in sha Allah.
Note: Write all the information clearly in the biodata.
1. First, log in to your account.
2. Then, click the user icon at the top right corner of the page.
3. Click the Edit Biodata button.
4. The biodata form will be displayed. After editing the information you need, click the Submit button.
5. The OrdhekDeen.com Customer Care will review the information you have edited.
6. After reviewing your biodata, Customer Care will let you know the status by email and notification — approved, not approved, or corrections required — in sha Allah.
You can keep your biodata hidden temporarily while marriage talks are ongoing with a prospective groom's or bride's family. You can also hide your biodata at any time, for any reason.
What happens when you hide your biodata:
- Your biodata will no longer appear in search results.
- No one new will be able to find your biodata by searching.
- Your biodata is not deleted; it is only hidden from others temporarily.
- You can make it live again later with one click, the same way.
How to hide your biodata:
1. First, log in to your OrdhekDeen account.
2. Go to the Dashboard or click the user icon at the top right corner.
3. Click the hide switch under Biodata Status.
4. A confirmation dialog will appear showing the reasons for hiding.
5. Select a reason and click Yes, continue — your biodata will be hidden.
Making your biodata live again: You can make your biodata live again at any time in the same way.
Note: If you edit any information in your biodata, Customer Care will review your biodata again.
You can delete your biodata yourself at any time.
How to delete your biodata:
1. First, log in to your OrdhekDeen account.
2. Go to the Dashboard or click the user icon at the top right corner.
3. Click the Delete Biodata option.
4. Select the reason for deleting your biodata and fill in the required information.
5. Then click the Delete Biodata button and confirm with Submit & Delete to complete the deletion.
Note: Once your biodata is deleted, it cannot be recovered. If you only want to remove it temporarily, hide it instead of deleting it. You can make it live again later whenever you want.
After viewing the contact information of your biodata through the Connection, if you want to make a complaint about that biodata to OrdhekDeen.com.
1. Click on the Report button at the bottom of the biodata page.
2. Next, submit the complaint-related information in the form on the next page. Customer Care will verify it and take proper actions and inform you shortly in sha Allah.
A connection is required to view the contact number of a groom or bride's guardian on OrdhekDeen.com. Connections can be purchased in the following ways-
1. First, enter the dashboard.
2. Click on the Buy Connection button.
3. You will see three connection packages on this page. Select a package as per your requirement and click on the Purchase Now button.
4. Select the account from which you want to pay Bkash or Nagad and click on the Pay Now button.
5. If you select Bkash and click on Pay Now button, you can see payment checkout from Bkash. First, enter your Bkash number and click on the Confirm button.
6. Enter an OTP code that will be sent to your Bkash mobile number and click on the Confirm button.
7. Enter your Bkash PIN code and click on the Confirm button.
8. In this way, your payment will be done very easily and connections will be added to your account In Sha Allah.
9. You can see your connection on the dashboard and use it to get parent's number.
You can get Connection refund if you fail to make a communication with the guardian of the bride/groom even after having contact information through Connection. However, if the guardians of the opposite wing reject your proposal due to their personal disliking, you will not get the refund.
1. First, click the Report button below that biodata's contact information. Or go to the Proposals Sent menu from the Dashboard and click the Report button on that biodata.
2. Submit your complaints by filling up the particular form. Customer Care will verify your complaints and inform you very soon in sha Allah.
